These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of revcallnetwork.com (the "Site"), operated by RevCall Network ("RevCall", "we", "us"). By using the Site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site describes our pay per call network and lets publishers and advertisers apply to work with us. RevCall Network is a performance marketing network. We are not a lender, debt relief provider, insurance company or insurance agency, and nothing on the Site is financial, legal or insurance advice.

2. Applications

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
• You agree to give accurate and complete information, and to keep it up to date.
• Submitting an application does not create a partnership, agency or any obligation on either side. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion.
• A business relationship begins only when both parties sign an insertion order or a publisher or advertiser agreement. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed documents control.

3. Traffic standards for publishers

By applying as a publisher you confirm that the calls you intend to send are customer-initiated inbound calls generated by your own marketing. RevCall does not accept live or warm transfers, third-party or purchased traffic, brokered calls, calls generated by outbound dialing or call centers, incentivized traffic, or calls generated with misleading advertising. You are responsible for making sure your advertising complies with applicable laws, regulations and platform policies, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule, and rules that apply to debt relief and insurance marketing.

4. Payouts and payments

Descriptions of payouts and payment timing on the Site are general. The payout per qualified call, qualification requirements, payment schedule and any other commercial terms that apply to you are the ones stated in your signed insertion order or agreement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Site's operation, submitting false or automated applications, scraping the Site at scale, or using the Site for anything unlawful.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, design, graphics and the RevCall name and logo, belongs to RevCall Network or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or reuse it without our written permission.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any level of earnings, call volume or results. Sample figures and illustrations on the Site are for illustration only.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevCall Network and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RevCall Network harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or inaccurate information you submit.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which RevCall Network is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts located in that state, unless a signed agreement between us says otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
