Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how RevCall Network ("RevCall", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit revcallnetwork.com, apply to work with us as a publisher or advertiser, or do business with us.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit an application we collect the details you enter. For publishers this includes your name, email address, phone number, company name, website, mailing address, the verticals you work in, your promotional methods and their URLs, your approximate weekly advertising spend, and any notes you add. For advertisers this includes your name, work email, phone number, company, website, verticals, call capacity, coverage area and hours.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider processes standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver and secure the site. We use the country associated with your IP address to preselect your country in our forms. When you submit an application we record the approximate location associated with the request to help prevent fraud. We also use cookieless analytics from our hosting provider to count visits and measure page performance. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites.

Call information

When a consumer calls a tracking number operated through our network, call details such as the calling number, date and time, duration and routing outcome are processed so that the call can be connected, attributed to the right publisher and billed to the right advertiser. Calls may be recorded by the advertiser, or by us and our service providers, for quality and compliance purposes where the law allows.

2. How we use information

3. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to run our business:

4. Cookies and local storage

This site does not use advertising cookies. The publisher application saves your progress in your browser's session storage so that a page refresh does not erase your answers. That data stays in your browser, is cleared when you submit or close the tab, and is not sent to us until you submit the form.

5. Retention

We keep application and account information for as long as we have a business relationship with you, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements. Applications that do not lead to a relationship are deleted or anonymized after a reasonable period.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections for all form submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact your RevCall Network representative or reply to any email you have received from us. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Children

Our site and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

9. International visitors

RevCall Network operates in the United States. If you apply from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated to active partners.

11. Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent to your RevCall Network representative, or by replying to any email you have received from us.
